This is post-strike damage. It was ground down to the size of a dime. Welcome to the forum by the way!

Drier coin with rolled edge. Post Mint Damage ( PMD). Sorry 'bout that.

Should weigh very near to normal weight.

No, it isn't a Dryer Coin but a cent that has been ground down to the size of a dime. A Dryer Coin should have mushy devices and raised rims.

Edit: I am not a grammar guru, you know.....:P

Let me give some information planchet.
It would have to be the same planchet as they use for dimes.
Dimes aren't made of copper like Lincoln Cents are. They're just clad coins which mean they have a layer of copper inside of them.

Think of a cookie filled with cream inside while the outside is different.
