I found this coin in a large (15lb) sack of world coins a few years ago. It's unusual, well to me anyway.

The East Caribbean States are a large group of Islands off the coast off South America. To include Trinidad & Tobago, British Virgin Islands, Domininica, St. Lucia, StKitts, etc. This is a common coin KM# 3 Bronze 5,500,000 minted. $.15 fine to $1.00 UNC.
