1942-D Lincoln Wheat cent With Unknown Rim Error?

One of the many coins I picked up when I asked do you have any odd or unusual coins.

Stutter Strike? PMD? I take a few dollar risk on a few oddball coins every so often for fun..

It has fin collar, off-centered, struck-thru lamination

I don't know how to describe this one. It has extra part extruding out and Blakeley like effect on other side. the text shows through the lamination like error.

Any comments, suggestion or opinions welcome.

I weighted in got scale in morning.
