Looking for a value of this coin that is graded by PCGS MS 65 Br

Charlton does not have a listing for a brown, only a red ?

I believe the value would be anywhere between MS63-MS64 (probably closer to MS64). I think the reason there is no MS65 brown in there is because ICCS will not grade a coin MS65 if it is not red. You will also find very few MS64 BN's in ICCS flips, Most BN or Red/BN coins will be MS63. Hope that helps

About 50-60% of an MS65 Red but the buyer market is smaller than for an MS65 Red because of the ambiguity. So around $1500-1800 based on Charlton 2014 giving $3000 for an MS65 Red. As @qbvbsite says, I've never seen an MS65 Brown from ICCS, although I have had a few MS64s and 5s from PCGS pass through.
