1973 Roosevelt Dime With No Mint Stamp

Other than on the 192-45 War Nickels, Philadelphia did not use a mintmark on US coins until 1979 (79 for the dollars only, 1980 to date for the nickels through dollars. The Philadelphia mintmark still does not appear on the cent.) Philadelphia made over 315 million dimes with no mintmark in 1973. Report this Post to the Staff
