I am thinking its from Nepal. You would need close-up images to get the date and denomination.

If there is a date then it is AH1294 = 1877AD
better picture would help.
seems arabic writing
could be indian temple coin (or reproduction)

It's a Crusader-era Islamic silver dirham, from the Seljuq Turks or some similar dynasty. Compare with these examples on zeno.ru.

The most distinctive feature of the script on your coin are the "serifs", the little pointy bits at the tips of the letters. You won;t find this on modern Persian or Arabic scripts, but it became fashionable around AD 1200-1300. This gives only a very approximate date range.

These coins are supposed to be dated, but the date is either written out in full or written in a quasi-numerical code. I will need better pics to try to find and read it. But many of these coins have important details like the date and mint-name either off-flan, damaged or worn or simply too badly written in the first place to be decipherable.
