I have a silver bullion coin and cannot find its like on google or ebay. Obverse top says SILVER BULLION. Centre left: .999 centre right: FINE, and bottom TROY ONE OUNCE. Centre of coin is an Indian in full headress facing directly out.

Reverse top says UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, bottom: IN GOD WE TRUST, Centre of the coin is a buffalo head down facing left.

Please advise

From the description, it sounds like a 1 oz Buffalo silver round. Worth melt value.
But hey, we do appreciate pics!

If it looks like this

New-Member-With-A-Question

It is a silver round worth the about $20

However if it looks like this

New-Member-With-A-Question

It is a 2001 U.S. commemorative coin , highly collectible. With original packaging, worth about $120

What you have is a privately-issued silver bullion "round" - it's not technically a "coin" since "coins" are issued by the government, and yours was not.

These are typically worth only bullion value - assuming of course that it really is the 1 ounce of .999 silver it claims to be. Privately-made bullion rounds have been faked before.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
