Unknown Silver Coin Spain?1564/1664

vince1977 Pillar of the Community Netherlands 847 Posts	Posted 07/19/2014 08:20 am Hello All, Ive got this silver coin which is dated 1564 or 1664. I think I see Philips of spain son of Karel V on one side. So if that is true it has to be 1564. The coin is small and silver. Maybe some spanish coin or colony coin. [CO.] BVR Buste couronné et cuirassé de Philippe II à gauche Reverse : M* C - BVR - GVN - 1564 Écu comtois brochant sur une croix coupant la légende Ref : Bd.1258 PA.5286 var.
