The name and titles indicate this medal is from Saudi Arabia, not Jordan. Fahd was king of Saudi Arabia from 1985 to 2001.

The "FAO" logo is the symbol of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. Until a few years ago coins and medals were frequently issued under their auspices, and part of the money raised from the sales goes toward famine relief.
