I have this 1985 D dime and it has some sort of error but I'm not sure which one. Can you please tell me which type of error it is and how much it is worth. If you need more details from the picture let me know and I will try.

I think your images are too small, we need better images, and perhaps you can direct us to exactly what you are thinking is the Error? I looked at the images, and what I see is a worn 1985 dime. literally these are a dime a dozen.....

I don't see a 5 in the date myself from this picture. What did you do? Blow it up?

to CCF. 1985 dimes are known for a weak strike/grease filled die, that and being well circulated makes it worth a dime.

Kasseem to CCF

I don't think anyone can see enough of the coin to decide if the coin is anything more then normal damage if its not the 5 in date or edges.

But even in that resolution and size looks like normal wear and tear with Grease Filled Die

TIP
if your crop the image around the coin first then use the image optimizer you should get a better size and resolution image.

Rookie here putting kidding aside for the moment, the coin yes has some wear, but looks like a possible weak strike or could be grease filled die(s). I think I see weakness on both obverse and reverse (including mid and lower devices) and lack of a prominent rim makes me think heavy circulation wear or maybe under weight or thin planchet as well.

Pics are clear, but close up pics and weight may help. Wait for the dime experts who can provide a more accurate assessment. Thanks, Doug.

PS: I'll take dozen for a dime any day!
