I see hairlines, but I am not sure if it's on that plastic holder or the coin.

I don't see anything to nitpick on that one. Solid MS64, I'd judge, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was market graded at MS65 based on the excellent strike (for New Orleans, that is).

Excellent eye appeal. Tough to grade using the seller's pics. Looks pretty sharp for an O mint.
