This is a good example of what a whizzed coin looks like. Yes, it looks like luster, but it is simulated. The cartwheel affect is too "perfect" if that makes sense, and gives the surface an unnatural look as the luster doesn't change in direction with the devices....also there is too much cartwheel for the amount of wear on the coin. I am 99% sure it has been whizzed, probably XF/AU details.

I'm not seeing the brush marks (hairlines) that are normally seen around the lettering and devices on a whizzed coin. It's a weak strike, normal for FE's, but the coin does appear to have been cleaned. AU-55 details.

Interesting dot at the base of the tail feathers but I can't find anything on it. I don't believe it's been whizzed either, light cleaning maybe.

Its the simulated luster that is a major sign of whizzing, and is basically the definition of a whizzed coin. The cartwheel effect seen on the obverse and reverse(observed by the change in color in a cartwheel form) is not natural. http://en.difain.com/numismatic/whizzed.html

Hmm...yeah, I think original FEs in this grade aren't so bright/reflective--particularly on the reverse. I think it grades around EF-45 details.
