I have tentatively attributed this Edward VI shilling as Spink 2466B, Southwark mint. However, I am not sure about that as Southwark's mintmark is a Swan, and I am not seeing a swan on this coin.
Regarding the grading - I have read that Edwards shillings were typically weakly struck, with devices fairly flat. Taking this into consideration I would grade this coin as 'fine', and that is how I bought it. Comparing with other examples in mcsearch it would seem to grade better than that. What is your opinion?
