At least VF-25, perhaps VF-30. Compare to my VF-35 of the same date.

Actually I'm leaning toward VF20 myself, probably conservative, mostly due to a lack of tailfeather detail on the reverse. In the photograde samples the VF20 example almost looks better than the VF25 example. Nice original coin in hand though, has the look I like. Somewhere in there, VF 20-25 range.
