Is this toning real, or some kind of artificial toning?
still not sure on how to tell the difference, but looks awesome regardless

Lol, would anyone even want a coin like that? I don't mind toning, but that kind looks odd on a copper, and definitely makes it look weird.

I will give ebay credit for one thing.....it's literally a "coin school." I can practically learn everything about coins that there is to know because it's all available to be seen first.

Not too positive how copper gets this look, but an old trick to get a similar look on silver coins is to bake them in a potato. Seriously!
