When it comes to paper money I only know about the star notes.

I happen to find a 2009 $20 dollar bill star note, but it has been folded. The serial numbers are in the 700k's.

Spend it or worth more than face to someone?
Also, do you need a picture? I'll upload one tomorrow if so.

It would probably cost me around 2 dollars to ship it.

It's worth saving to me, but only if you can afford it. It's worth maybe $22.00 at most. I sold a crisp unc from my ATM for $24.00 a couple of months ago, and a $100 bill I actually ended up loosing $2.00 on the face value after ebay and PayPal took their fees out of my sale.
