Does This Count As Misplaced Watermark?

Using the note on the left as a comparison, the other 3 look like their watermarks are off-centre. They have the same prefix (LTE) and same four front numbers (3085). The only different numbers are the two last (11, 90, 89), but they are within 100 of each other so they must be from the same bundle. I remember asking my mom the two notes in the centre from an uncirculated bundle (stored badly for years), and I know that the last one is also from my mom probably through an angpao from how it's folded. The HTE note has the watermark exactly in the centre of the circle.





So those LTE notes, are the watermarks off enough to be called "misplaced watermarks"? I only have four of these so not much to compare to.
