Help ID Italian Gigliato Silver Coin 8 (Id: 14th Century Robert Of Anjou Naples)

Spence Moderator United States 34428 Posts	Posted 03/28/2020 5:30 pm @theologos09, sorry that it has taken almost six years to get a reply, but I have been researching a Gigliato of my own today and think that I can help you. Yours appears to be from Robert of Anjou (1309-1343 AD) and was minted in the Italian Kingdom of Naples. I perhaps that I see a trace of a fleur-de-lis to the left of the seated king, which would mean that yours was minted slightly later in his reign, perhaps after 1321 AD. I would attribute it as Biaggi 1636. If there actually is nothing in the field to the left of the king, then your coin would be about a decade earlier. I'm sure this fellow has been sitting patiently, staring at his monitor for six years, awaiting your reply.
