I don't believe it's in the fake reports, but of course Alexander III staters, as a general type, are often faked. The obverse is a match for several Price 910s, for example: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=2634297 https://cNGCoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=249441 That CNG coin is currently listed here: https://www.ma-shops.com/henzen/item.php?id=43501 This may be both an obverse and reverse match here: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=861800 Whether the OP coin is struck from the same dies, or cast from a host coin of those dies, I'm not sure. (Important to remember that sometimes flow lines can survive the casting process) I suppose I am concerned by three things: the pits under Athena's chin and, especially, by the rendition of the POY in AΛEΞANΔPOY on the reverse.
