I have been doing some research on Error Off center Nickles and Quarters they are far far more Rare than the Lincoln cents and will bring Higher premiums..get em cheap while the getting is good..got this one for 12 Bucks

12 dollars seems a bit high for a no date. Looks like you need to research a little bit more.

Na when you have barely any quarters or Nickles that have an off center like that one had better grab it,cents were like about 500.000 offs these are like 5 to 10 thousand see the difference

Firstly, you did ok about full retail. Personally I would stick to the dated ones. Even with low mintages there are just not enough collectors of these to give them huge premiums....of course this is just my opinion....

Off-centers for cents through quarters are not rare at all, it is one of the most common error types. However, OC half dollars and dollars are much less common and have significant premiums.

Of course they may be a difference between, "significant premium" on cents through quarters.
