pictures are blurry but looks like some of the reverse bottom is missing

rims are fully in tack and not dulled out, ie washing machine quarter

I agree, the reverse bottom looks odd. Can you get a picture of the edge of that area?

The pictures aren't the best but to me it looks like it might be a counterfeit.
