1968 S, Strange God Strike, Is It From A Worn Die? Doubling?

Gorgeous 1968 S, the IN GOD WE TRUST, has this strange wear to it without affecting other parts of the coin. I thought at first PMD but again it's only the motto that's affected.
Blue arrow points to a folding out in both the O & D. The Red arrow points to a folded over "skin".
Thoughts?

Looks like it either took a hit or it is coin roller damage, my guess is PSD.

Looks like machine damaged and slight Struck Through Grease error.
