I'll have a crack, PR64RB maybe 65, there is still enough red left in the coin for an RB rather than BN
None of our Proof experts around at the moment so hopefully a couple will happen along to give you a definate answer.

Thanks shanew and appleangel. Die clash? Where do you think? Is it worth sending in to get graded?

The reverse looks like it has a touch of ghosting, but no sign whatsoever of die clash. Ghosting was common with a lot of pre-decimals, but whether it occurred on proofs I can't say.
life is a mystery to be lived not a problem to be solved

Only 1040 of these were struck & they have a CV of $1400, you would probably in reality get about half CV so definitely worth getting it graded.
