With the way a coin was dragged across the field in front of Liberty's face, I would say it graded MS-63, MS-64 being tops.

Need more light on the cheek to give an accurate grade, but I'd say 63.

I'll go with MS-63. The chatter in the obverse fields may have kept it from grading 64.
