The notch is on all for this year. Check other examples. It is part of the design.

Rats!! Lol...I tried looking all over and other examples I have and found it was a slant vs a notch...oh well. One more Red Herring for you to look at. On that note, coppercoins didn't have any 65's to reference...are they coming?
