1970S WRPM-009 S/S East

I found this a few days ago I could not match it up to attribution like Coppercoins but it matched up with one sold a long time ago it was listed as 1970S WRPM-009 S/S East.

must be one of the no photo ones on coppercoins.

Looks like a normal mint mark with a damaged punch that affected the insides of the mint mark. What are you seeing that I am missing?

nothing I was matching against this but now after thinking about it the area on left is the part to match I must of been matching the rest.. left is actual rpm right is my mismatch
