Good heavens, how dare does he say "for polishing your silver coins"?
He could polish them and destroy their value for his enjoyment, but someone STOP him from selling stuff that will kill more beautiful coins! Arrrghhh!

Yeah this guy is crazy. I was at work earlier when I first posted this but after reading everyone's comments and checking his other listings it is wild. IO can't believe he said to use the rotary tool to polish coins and even showed it. That other than the obvious should prove that the "piece" dollar is not what he says it is. ebay is really bad since they got rid of the reporting tool. I can't trust any older raw coins anymore and I'm sure soon enough even the TPG ones will be risky the way they are going letting so many bad sales through.

The point is German Silver contains no silver whatsoever. I think there are many people that do not realize this when you see the auction prices realized.

When people sell German silver on ebay they're definitely preying on the public.

I would say the problem with 'german silver' is when people started producing bars with it.
Before that, it was just commonly known as costume jewelry.

Interesting, I never heard of "German silver" before. So many ways to scam people out there. I guess we will see if someone buys it sometime.
