Despite what his 150k+ feedback may tell you, centsles is in fact not a reputable seller. (I suggest you read his negatives)
He's notorious for taking problem coins (cleaned, damaged, etc.) and putting them in his own NNC holders (a "company" he owns and operates himself) overgrading them and advertising them as problem-free. He then takes washed out photographs that hide whatever problems the coin has.
Stay far far FAR away.

This seller has created his own "private label". The holder is just a holder, not a valid TPG. There is a reason this is not in one of the respected TPGs. I would not buy this coin under any circumstances.

Nooooooooo...... run now! Before it's too late!!
Seriously though, this is literally the worst seller to buy coins from.
I'll let the past speak for itself. Just search "centsles" on the forum and you'll find how bad of a decision it is to buy from this crook.

The obverse looks like it's been cleaned. I'll bet dollars to doughnuts it's a problem coin that was cracked out of a details holder from a reputable TPG.

On ebay negative feedback is so rare/ discouraged. The guy has a 99.4% rating, but I'm sure superdave is correct. I've read basically not to buy from someone with less than 99.8%. I think there is something to that. Some sellers have 10,000+ sales and ZERO negatives or neutrals. By ebay standards this guy has a huge amount of bad feedback.

That's why I rely on Toolhaus. http://toolhaus.org/cgi-bin/negs?Us...+by&ref=homeA lot of people keep the crap they buy from him because they're not privy to what original surfaces look like. It's one of the great blemishes on the face of this excellent hobby that thieves like Centsles are allowed to operate on major sites like ebay, robbing people left and right with impunity. If I ever saw him in person, I'd be very tempted to deliver a swift kick to his crotch.

This Seller has a lot of "pull" with ebay due to the volume he sells. Most likely, he has a dedicated account rep that lets him "slide by" on a lot of issues. Stay away from him.

Wow what a ****. I'm glad you guys told me. I just rec a package today with a proof morgan that wasnt in the box. You can see the bottom was clearly cut out and re sealed. The seller all but accused me of being behind it and pulling a scam. His reasoning is he has a million positive feedback and its never happened before. I found that insulting and called ebay. I wonder if I will get the same trearment as he is a power seller.
