I won this 1907 Indian Head cent on ebay today for 99 cents. Does it look like it's original or has it been cleaned? These, obviously, are the auction photos.

I'm leaning towards original and look forward to receiving the coin.

Either way I think it was a good buy.

I'm leaning towards cleaned.
Whenever a cent is blue or purple when it is not in very high condition and has original color/ luster you can almost guarantee it is not natural.

Like you said though, either way its a good buy

Unless shipping was $10 I think you still did OK for $1

You did fine even though the coin has been cleaned.

I vote who cares if cleaned or not. For total price of what you paid, you did great.
