Does it have a reeded edge all the way around or is is smooth at all? if so a Broadstruck error. if not a MAD error.

In actuality really common with Roosevelt dimes. Many, many have enlarged rims, slight offsets such as yours, doubled lines on one side of the rims. Although rather common and not well advertised in error web sites or books, at coin shows they are very noticable. Usually about $2 and up. I'm going to a coin show this Sunday and will check more on those. I've got quite a lot with that feature. I basically collect error coins. I agree though to try ebay.
