Has anyone seen a penny like this one? I found this one and three others coin roll hunting last week. Is this some sort of error? It has lines on it. Parallel lines. Odd. :)

to CCF. It is not an error. Looks like a plating issue or die abrasion.

Not an error, looks like heavy die polishing lines.

If the three examples you found were the same year/mint mark, they may have came from the same die pair. This will happen when you look through OBW rolls.
