Without consulting my books it looks like a Henry VI Calais groat.Calais was under English control.
It doesn't have annulets so I maybe wrong.
Will check tonight.

A groat; monarch's name HENRIC (Henry). The inner legend on the reverse reads VIL LA CALI SIE, for the Calais mint. The diamond or lozenge shaped ornament that precedes the letters LA is a mascle; you can see the bottom of another one after REX, at about 7:00 on the obverse. The letters SIE on the inner reverse legend are followed by an oval ornament on a short stem; this is a pinecone. The pinecone-mascle issue Calais groats of Henry VI were minted 1434-35.

Thank you both for taking the time to look at it. I was trying to check it with other pictures. When I stumble on this website. Here you see the differences between the mintmarks. Very interesting. That the small marks makes it different mintmarks.
It looks indeed the same with the one you both say. The mintmarks looks the same when I compare them. Thanks alot Philadelphian and peter.
Here below an website that shows the differences.
