63 is about right as I have found the obverse weighs heavier than the reverse. Not FBL due the several hits across the lines to the right of the crack.

MS 63. I personally think the Franklin half is one of the most beautiful and well crafted of all US coins. Underrated IMO.

I think it grades MS-64. The bell lines do seem to be complete but some of the marks on the bell lines kind of disturb the continuity and might be enough to prevent it from getting FBL.
