If it's uncirculated (and it may be based upon the luster), it's a very incomplete strike at the central high points of both the obverse and reverse, which will limit its upside, despite the lack of bagmarks.

I don't see AU. I see 63. Looks like the kind of coin I'd consider throwing into ammonia, might get rid of what the acetone can't.
