Hello,
I found this in a roll and it is a die clash on the reverse in the colum. The die clash looks to appear to be lincolns bust. please give feed back on this to see what you think it could be also.

what you have there is post mint damage. the clash would be on the lower parts of the coin not the high points like you have. what you have is a squeeze job done in someone"s garage.
here is what it would look like. note though this is an overlay and not a clashed coin but you can see where everything should be.

I now see what you are looking at but you would need a better pic to see anything there.
on most minor clash coins you will see the top of the head on the bottom of the coin just above the one cent

It actually is a clash, but is somewhat minor and rather common. You are seeing the back of Lincoln's neck and coat inside the memorial bays to the left of center on the reverse.
