Not sure about the exact type, but I remember seeing a Half-follis of Justin II that looks just like that. Ancients experts will help you with the ID.

Would like to see better pictures, but from what I can tell your coin is a Byzantine half follis of the emperor Justin II and Sophia. The green color on the coin appears to be bronze disease and needs to be treated otherwise it will cause more damage to the coin.

yes, that does look like bronze disease. rub it with your fingernail, it a green powdery stuff comes of...it is BD.
