I agree with the above two. That is NOT a clean coin. 62PL seems generous, 61 might be a better representation. Can't tell for sure from the pics but I don't see why it should be DMPL either.

Anyway, whenever submitting to TPG's (I have done it 3 times now, once to ICCS, once to ANACS and once to PCGS) I never gamble on one or two points with MS coins especially when the difference could mean significant value. My submissions have been:
XF-AU Capped Bust Coins, AU-Low MS Seated coins, and a few F-VF Semi-Key Barber coins to PCGS
World Gold and Silver Coins to ANACS
Canadian Coins to ICCS

I`ve never been disappointed with the result, as I`m usually veyr harsh with grading my own coins and will always start out keeping expectations low so I don`t get burned later on.

On the bright side, you inherited these coins and didn`t pay a high price for them so alteast you've got nothing to lose.
