If you didn't know, you have there one of the first day coin covers (FDCC's) for the Statehood Quarters releases. I enjoy that series, and while (I feel) overpriced when originally purchased from the mint for $20 (later issues including the Wyoming went for $15), all 56 of them look great together in an album. That and they are a bit of education and history. Good stuff.

You can easily spin those capsules around to straighten the coin orientation by pinching them between your thumb and index finger and gently rotating.
