I picked up a few 50th Anniversary clad Kennedy half dollar sets, I cannot afford the Gold Kennedy. So now I/we have to wait till the fall to buy the 50th Anniversary Kennedy Silver set, which includes 4 different 90% silver Kennedy half dollars.

I guess this is to avoid the BHOF fiasco.

I'm saving to buy 5 silver sets and keeping them in OGP.

How about you?

I plan to buy at least two of the silver sets. Any more than two depends on what the discretionary funds look like around that time...

edit: clarification & spelling

I'll be buying a couple silver sets. Don't know why, they just make a heck of a lot more sense to me than the gold coins.

None of them. Just the plain ol' regular issue P & D clad halves!

A kind person on CCF has gotten me the clad set and will be getting me the silver set when it goes on sale.

I never considered buying the gold one.

I just got my Clad set today! Weren't promised until 9/6 so I'm happy. Not sure why I ordered two. And ironically they are already selling on ebay for about what they cost.

I'm not sure about the silver set. $100 for 4 modern silver halves seems pretty steep.
