I think the seller is mistaken/ confused, the I/B is the changeover from devil face to modified with 8.6 million printed with devil face and only 1.4 in modified. Seller knows his paper money, listing at book price. Interesting prefix since the short run of modified prices higher than the devil face. The only replacement in the devil face $2 is the *A/B.

Seller is selling lots of notes, he merely forgot to update the ebay title when listing multiple auctions at one time.
