I just started collecting world silver bullion and I'm looking for recommendations, preferably from 2014. I currently have one 2014 Australian Saltwater Crocodile, one 2010 Austrian Philharmonic, and one 2014 Australian Great White Shark. Thanks!

I believe Niue's are minted in Perth. I recently picked up the coins you mentioned, except the Philharmonic is 2014. These are awesome coins and I'm very happy with them. Here are a few recommendations: 1) 2014 Wedge-tail Eagle, There are 2 proof versions; 1: regular, 2: Ultra high relief and the bullion version too. 2) there are now 8 Disney licensed coins 3) the 25th Annv. of the Canadian Maple Leaf. There is a bullion version and a high relief proof coin. I know it's not from Niue, but they're nice coins just the same. 4) 2014 Gods of Olympus Poseidon 2oz Silver High Relief Coin You might want to check out the Perth's website http://www.perthmint.com.au/There are lots out there, you have to do a little searching. One thing I do on ebay is when I find a coin I like, I will look through the sellers "Other items for sale". It can lead to another coin you've been looking for or you might find something unexpected.

I grew tired of the Libertads, Pandas, kooks, ASE's etc. One big reason being they are way too common for my taste, and I am tired of mass produced coin offerings in bullion. One series I do like still is the Somalian elephant but thats it. After years of collecting, I stopped collecting world bullion coins in the past year. I also got tired of of production issues, granted they are just bullion, which is just that, the metal. But it does suck to see a bullion coin in a collection get milk spots, something very common in bullion coins. I have shifted to more product produced by german mints, such as buying the Africa ounces in antique finish, russian coins, thats how I been shifting my world silver collection, cutting out bullion coins. The last bullion coin I bought, and its very nice is the Benin 2014 elephant coin, that one is very nice, unique, new and low mintage for now.

You have decide for yourself, which coins do you want: pure bullion, semi- numismatic, Proof, BU, coloured,.. etc Do you want one per each Country / Mint or everything. Pure bullion priced by metal content + some premium, while for semi- numismatic the price will be (this is my experience) in range of $79 - $100 Canadian section of this forum has a wide discussion about this topic, due to "F15 collection" offered by RCM. See here the list of some 2014 bullion, that I re-posted from that section (thanks to people, posted it): **coins marked with (P) have "F15" privy mark 1. Canada - Maple Leaf (P) 2. UK - Britannia 3. US - Eagle 4. Rwanda - Impala (P) 5. Austria - Philharmonic 6. China - Panda 7. Canada - Peregrine Falcon 8. Australia - Kangaroo 9. Mexico - Libertad 10. Armenia - Noah's Ark 11. Belarus - Ballerina 12. UK - Lunar Horse 13. Laos - Tiger 14. Ukraine - Archangel Michael (P) 15. Canada - Bald Eagle

zombie stuff isn't coins, but rather generic rounds and Premium may erase over time.
Personally, I've been nabbing Mexican Mint Libertads as they have seen a rise in premium vs other gov mint issues.

Quote: zombie stuff isn't coins, but rather generic rounds and Premium may erase over time. Hmmm...well, I'm not exactly sure where it says coin in the title "Recommended Bullion", although I assume we are meaning round bullion. Webster's Full Definition of BULLION gold or silver considered as so much metal; specifically : uncoined gold or silver in bars or ingots.

Hipsters and Preppers are my best buyers! I have only bought a couple Zombucks but I sold them all for a nice profit and bought generic art rounds with it.
Would you like N.C.L.T., one off commemorative coins or an annual thing for a date set? Knowing that would help us greatly decide what you want.

For low premium and nice look (IMO), the canadian maple leaf. You could also get the horse privy maple leaf for a bit more. For a higher premium, a kookabura or the 2014 Australian lunar horse coins. 1 oz is really expensive, but they also make 1/2 and 2ozers, and bigger. Very nice looking coins.
