It looks VF+ to me. Red Book shows it at $32.

vf 25 to 30 value is probably 20 to 25 dollars

I'd say ~VF and around ~$20 or so. The color is nice. I'm thinking it is a lot darker / browner in person and the orangish huge is from the photography / white balance.
