Don't know how it was represented to you, but from the pictures it looks to be high AU at worst. If it was sold as BU, I see nothing to say it ain't so.

I'm in to it for just a bit over spot- That's the only reason I grabbed it, I usually prefer to avoid gold...

This is quite a steal at slightly over spot. They usually carry a premium in this grade (Looks BU).
