It is from Egypt while it was technically still part of the Ottoman Empire. The date requires a bit of complicated maths to convert.
First off, you need to find the date. It's actually in two parts: the "Accession date" the Sultan came to power, and the "regnal year" or how many years that particular Sultan had been in power. Here's a pic I made to show you how to read an Ottoman Egyptian coin:

The numerals are in
Eastern Arabic numerals. Your coin bears Accession date 1293 and regnal year 27. Doing the math, 1293 + 27 - 1 = 1319. This is of course the year in the Islamic calendar, which not only has a different "Year 1" but has a different length; you pretty much need to find an Islamic date converter website like
this one to make sure your conversion is accurate. Islamic year 1319 began in April AD 1901 and ended in April 1902.
As for the denomination, this is marked by the small characters directly below the large squiggly thing on the obverse. This large squiggly thing is called the "toughra", and is actually the Sultan's signature. Below that is the Arabic letter "Sh" and the number "1", indicating this is a 1 qirsh denomination.
So your coin is a 1 qirsh from Egypt, dated to a year roughly correlating to AD 1901.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
