Mints at Fort Knox and D.C.? Is that so? AFAIK there are only 4 these days (Philly, Denver, SF and West Point)
Must be approved by the President and Congress? Not always...

Interesting...
The potential production of the mints is 28B coins/year? I guess that seems about right, without doing an official count.

Very nice! It reminds me of the '70s cartoons when I was little (Conjunction, junction, what's your function?).

Yeah I really liked those Schoolhouse Rock cartoons back then. Some of them were quite good and I still remember them to this day.

People say that making the cent lose money, but this as an educational aid, which I hope this is the new video fromt he Mint for teaching kids about coins, is a bigger waste since they already have tons of older videos that show how coins are made. How much did this cost taxpayers?

So did the cents made for 2014 But what will we get out of that video that the others didn't have, that were already in digital format?

Hey thanks for posting this; this video and the coin making process makes a lot of cents.

I still have the complete set of DVD's. (I am a senior in high school now if you need to be able to date my school experience)

Quote: I still have the complete set of DVD's. I have a set too, but on VHS. We got them for my nephew back when he was three of four. He's 24 now. My favorite was "I'm just a bill".
