I think that my grandmother's house is sitting on what used to be a farming community!! :DDD

I just randomly walked through the woods and found the barn, so it is a barn, but all of the area around it is woods.

Old barn huh? I wouldn't be surprised if you found some old barbed wire either with your detector or still in some old trees. Also a horseshoe or two should show up.

The area around the barn might yield some old tools which are collectable. And, of course, I hope you find the old mason jar filled with coins....one can dream....
