You could always try getting rid of those bubbles with ah arc welders torch. Even a Butane torch may help.
Just kidding I hope you know. And never, ever drop any coin to test for a ringing sound. Denting a possible valuable coin to hear it ring is rather not to smart. Sort of like kicking the sides of a Ferrari to see if its make of metal.
