OcalaFlorida Pillar of the Community United States 2824 Posts	Posted 08/26/2014 12:51 pm 1909-S Lincoln Wheat cent w/ Doubling on Trust I bought earlier today a ANACS F-12 1909-S over S horiztal S I will crack that open tonight, not this coin and the guy also had this coin a au 55 NGC 1909-S Woodie. He also let me borrow it to check out under scope. It appears to me have very minor doubling? Is this normal? Report this Post to the Staff

You should show three or more devices to give us a better idea if it is the same size as normal or a doubled die. So far the resources I've seen so far do not show a DDO on the San Francisco mint obverse. The mark on the "R" looks like a contact mark. Note the overall shape of the "R" in the above image.
