Is this a normal coin or is there some kind of doubling or am I just seeing things ?

Sorry, all I'm seeing is a normal large date San Francisco cent.

I can see why you would think it could be a DDO. There appears to be a bit of an offset on the date & TR but not the tell-tale mintmark (or anywhere else). I gotta go with coop on this & say it's just a large date. The die may have displaced a bit of the copper during the strike. Just being hypothetical.
