Doesn't look reprocessed; those tend to be more proof-like.
I see lots of hairlines but from your images I don't see them going across the devices; more likely die polishing rather than a cleaned coin.
The area around the "94" in the date disturbs me.
At least 3 obvious "spots" on the reverse.

I'm tossed up about it.

There's some staining around the date and the wheat stalks, and I see some hairlines, might indicate a light cleaning. AU details.
